Welcome to MultiPayX. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MultiPayX’s business payment services, including all associated tools, APIs, dashboards, and support services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering for or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Registration
To use MultiPayX Services, you must be a registered business entity with valid legal capacity under applicable laws. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials.

2. Services Overview
MultiPayX provides digital payment processing solutions that enable businesses to accept, manage, and settle cryptocurrency transactions using the MultiPayX platform. Services may include:
• Crypto-to-fiat conversion (where applicable)
• Merchant dashboards and analytics
• QR code and API-based payment integrations
• Settlement and reconciliation tools

3. Merchant Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Use the Services only for lawful business purposes
• Clearly disclose to your customers that you accept crypto payments via MultiPayX
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations
• Promptly notify MultiPayX of any unauthorized use or security breach

4. Fees and Settlement
MultiPayX may charge transaction fees, service fees, or other applicable charges as outlined in your merchant agreement. Settlement timelines and supported currencies will be specified in your onboarding documentation. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology associated with MultiPayX are the exclusive property of MultiPayX. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent.

6. Data Privacy and Security
MultiPayX implements industry-standard security protocols to protect your data. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for safeguarding your own systems and customer data.

7. Service Availability and Modifications
MultiPayX strives to maintain high service uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services, and any outstanding obligations (including fees) will remain payable.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiPayX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Cebu City, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Amendments
MultiPayX may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Access transaction history, wallet tools, and customer support
MultiPayX does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or custodial accounts. All transactions are executed on a one-time basis and are non-reversible once confirmed.

3. Account Registration and Verification
To access the Services, you must register for an account and complete identity verification procedures. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.
We may request additional documentation to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Failure to provide required information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not use the Services on behalf of any third party without authorization

5. Fees and Pricing
All applicable fees, including transaction and network fees, will be disclosed during the transaction process. Prices and exchange rates are subject to real-time market fluctuations and may change without prior notice.

6. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency transactions involve significant risk. The value of digital assets can fluctuate dramatically and may result in loss of funds. You acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that MultiPayX is not liable for any losses incurred through your use of the Services.

7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to:
• Violate any law or regulation
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against violations.

8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
• Breach of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity
